The Solar Story
One of the largest privately funded rooftop arrays on the Western Slope powers 2800 Printers Way.
Why it matters
Clean power. Stable costs. Real numbers.
Thurlow Antonucci Investments made a long-term bet: the best commercial buildings in the next decade will run on their own power. We installed a 1.659kw rooftop system covering nearly the entire flat roof area, engineered to weather Grand Junction's high wind and heavy snow loads.
The array offsets more than 70% of the building's electrical demand on an annual basis. That translates to predictable utility costs for tenants, reduced exposure to rate volatility, and a genuinely lower carbon footprint — not a marketing line, an operating one.
